BPS hosts CBSE Qatar cluster table tennis tournament

The CBSE Qatar cluster Table Tennis Tournament 2025, was hosted by Birla Public School (BPS) from June 25-29, bringing together 12 Indian schools.
BPS principal Dr Anand R Nair inaugurated the tournament in the presence of vice principals Radhika Rele, Edna Fernandez, heads of departments and representatives from the participating schools.
BPS sports captain Pratishtha Balwant Dangi welcomed the gathering and school captain Nabhan Jamsheed Backer led the oath-taking ceremony.
At the closing ceremony, Dr Nair and other dignitaries presented the trophy and certificates. BPS emerged as the overall runners-up and champions in the boy’s category. BPS won a gold in the under 17 boys, a silver in the under 14 boys section and a bronze in the under 19 girls’ category. The school management and the senior leadership team congratulated the Physical Education department led by Albert Anthony, the school team, and the
coach Soumya.
