Ideal Indian School Gavel Club member Afrin Salma (Grade XII) topped the inspirational speech category of The Qatar Talk 2025 interschool speech competition.
Her prizes included a trophy and cash prize of QR3,000. Indian ambassador Vipul presented the trophy. Joyal, Mohammad Mustafa S (both Grade XII) and Samridhi Panwar (Grade IX) were the other contestants from the school.
Principal Shaik Shamim Saheb, Gavel Club counsellor Sajid Shamim, and teacher In-charge Anwar Sadath congratulated Afrin Salma and commended the other participants from the school.
