Aroma Qatar, a forum of expatriates from Aluva in the southern Indian state of Kerala, has elected its new executive committee for 2025–2027.
They are Shamsudheen Ismail (president), Sibi K Saithu (general secretary), Anshad Aluva (treasurer), Noushad Chembakassery and Arun V S (vice-presidents), Ziyad Ali, Chithra B Nair, Rizwan Kareem, Biju Nair, Shebi Abdul Salam, Shaneer Edassery, Aftab Rasheed, Rafi Edathala, Adv Abdul Salam (secretaries), Seema Mujeeb (advisory board chairperson), Siddhiq Abubakkar, Muhammed Usman, K R Jayaraj, Hamsa Yoosuf, K V Boban, John Gilbert, Rahmathulla, Shailesh Krishnan (advisory board members), Hussain Pathuvana, Abdul Salam (representatives to Aroma’s world committee), Rasheed Poozhithura, Abeesh Kunjumon, Bineesh Karippayi, Shihab Beeran, Jawad, Salam Appeli, Rafi Elamana, Shiyas Ibrahim, Riyas Nain, V S A Rahman, and Muhammed Shebin (executive members).
The new committee has announced they will take the initiative to provide benefits such as Norka Roots membership, Pravasi Pension Scheme, and ICBF Insurance Scheme for new members.
