The Saudi Ministry of Defense announced that the US Embassy in Riyadh was targeted by two drones, according to preliminary assessments.
Official Spokesperson for the Ministry, Major General Turki Al Maliki, stated that the attack resulted in a localized fire and minor material damage to the building.
