A Palestinian man was martyred on Tuesday by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire in the Umm Al Sharayet area of Al Bireh in the West Bank.
The Palestinian man was martyred after succumbing to wounds sustained from being shot by the Israeli occupation army during a raid on the Umm Al Sharayet area. Occupation forces had stormed the area at dawn and fired live ammunition, critically wounding him. His death was subsequently announced, WAFA news agency reported.
With his death, the number of Palestinians martyred by Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank has risen to over 100, amidst ongoing raids, assaults, and shootings targeting Palestinians.
Israeli occupation forces continue to raid various Palestinian areas and towns, often firing live ammunition at civilians, amidst escalating attacks and military measures across the West Bank.
