The Gulf Football Federation, in cooperation with the local organising committee, announced the start of ticket sales for the 27th Gulf Cup, which will be hosted by Saudi Arabia in Jeddah from September 23 to October 6, 2026.
The tournament will feature eight Gulf teams competing in 15 matches at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium and Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium.
Ticket prices for the opening match, semi-finals and final range from SAR 45 to SAR 120 across four categories, with premium tickets starting at SAR 243. Gold tickets are priced at SAR 355 and silver tickets at SAR 315.
For group-stage matches at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium, prices range from SAR 22 to SAR 93 across four categories, while premium tickets start at SAR 187. Group-stage matches at Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium will have three ticket categories, priced at SAR 22, SAR 37 and SAR 60.
Tickets are available through the official Gulf Football Federation ticketing website and the GFF Tickets app.
Each fan can purchase up to six tickets per match, with supporters able to attend their team’s group-stage matches and follow them through the knockout stage. All tickets will be issued digitally and can be downloaded to mobile phones and added to digital wallets, allowing entry to stadiums without an internet connection.
Gulf Football Federation Secretary General Jassim Sultan al-Rumaihi described the Gulf Cup as ‘the most prominent platform for Gulf football’ and expressed hope that the upcoming edition will set new records for attendance and fan engagement.
Al-Rumaihi praised Saudi Arabia for hosting the tournament for the fifth time, highlighting its advanced infrastructure and extensive organisational experience. He also commended the local organising committee and Saudi Football Federation for their efforts to deliver an exceptional edition featuring many of the Gulf’s leading players.
Local Organising Committee CEO Mai al-Halabi said the launch of ticket sales marked an important milestone in preparations for the tournament, adding that work was progressing rapidly to complete organisational and operational preparations.
“We look forward to welcoming the Gulf fans to the Kingdom and presenting an exceptional edition that combines the strength of competition on the field with a complete fan experience, befitting the history and status of the Gulf Cup,” al-Halabi said.
The draw in Jeddah divided the eight teams into two groups. Group A comprises Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Oman and Kuwait, while Group B features the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Yemen.
Hosts Saudi Arabia will open the tournament against Kuwait on Wednesday, September 23, coinciding with Saudi National Day, at the 65,000-capacity King Abdullah Sports City Stadium. The other Group A match will see Iraq face Oman at Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium.
Qatar will face defending champions Bahrain on Thursday, September 24, in Group B, while the UAE will take on Yemen.
