Gaza death toll rises to over 72,000 since October 2023

The death toll from the Israeli offensive in Gaza has reached 72,268, with 171,995 injured since Oct. 7, 2023, according to the Health Ministry.In the past 48 hours, one death and 19 injuries were reported. Since the October 11 ceasefire, 692 people have been killed and 1,895 injured, with 756 bodies recovered.Many victims remain trapped under rubble as rescue teams struggle to access affected areas.  Related Story Source link

IAEA calls for avoiding nuclear accident risks from escalation in the Middle-East

Kuwaiti oil price jumps over $8 to $118.93 per barrel

Kuwait’s crude oil price surged by $8.10 to $118.93 per barrel in Friday’s trading, up from $110.83 per barrel the previous session, according to data released by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.In global markets, oil prices also posted strong gains. Brent crude futures rose by $4.56 to settle at $112.57 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude advanced by $5.16 to $99.64 per barrel.  Source link
