The Saudi Civil Defence announced Tuesday on its X accounts that emergency alerts issued via the National Early Warning Platform for Makkah, Jeddah, and Taif in western Saudi Arabia have ended, confirming that the threat across these regions has passed.
Authorities urged the public to remain compliant with safety instructions and refrain from crowding or gathering to take photos.
