Bahrain said its air defence systems had successfully intercepted dozens of Iranian missiles and drones targeting the country. In a statement, the General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force said a total of 61 missiles and 34 drones were intercepted and brought down. It added that all defence systems remain on maximum alert to respond swiftly and decisively to any threat. The statement described the use of ballistic missiles and drones against civilian sites and private property as a grave violation of international humanitarian law, particularly the principles of distinction and proportionality. Kuwait’s Ministry of Defence announced that the country’s air defence forces successfully intercepted a number of hostile aerial targets early on Monday. A fuel tank at the Port of Duqm in the Sultanate of Oman was struck by drones on Tuesday, with no casualties reported.The Oman News Agency (ONA), citing a security source, reported that a fuel tank was struck when multiple drones targeted fuel storage facilities at the Port of Duqm.
